Invite VRS Rules & Replacements:
- If a team withdrawal occurs more than 20 days prior to the first stage of the Event start date the team may be replaced by the next highest-ranked team available, using the same filters and Invite VRS.
- If a team withdrawal occurs less than 20 days prior to the first stage of the Event start date the team may be replaced by the next highest-ranked team available in the Event host region VRS (Europe).
- CCT reserves the right to deny any team replacement if it is deemed to disrupt the competitive flow, schedule, or integrity of the event. In such cases, the original team will remain in the bracket and all remaining matches will be forfeited until the team is officially eliminated from the tournament.
Wildcard Slot Allocation:
- Each Wildcard Slot is directly tied to the winner of its respective Parken Challenger Championship (#1 & #2).
- In the event of a decline, CCT reserves the right to:
- Reallocate the slot as a Wildcard in line with Valve Tournament Operation Requirements, or
- Invite the next highest-ranked eligible roster from the VRS lists already announced for the event.
- The assignment of any Wildcard Invite is at the sole discretion of CCT, regardless of VRS ranking or prior participation. Wildcard eligibility will be confirmed according to the Valve Tournament Operation Requirements.

- T&A will not be covered by CCT. Teams are required to cover their own T&A.

- CCT reserves the right to request travel documentation to confirm attendance and compliance. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the event.
